Often, many women do not know how their eyebrows should look. Only the rare few have perfectly shaped brows, the rest of us have to shape them ourselves. This is crucial step before applying eye makeup, lip stick, or cheek color. It adds symmetry and balance to your face. Be prepared, when you first start to shape your eyebrows, your face may look awkward. Remember, you are used to seeing your face the old way. Now is the time for the new you, baby.

Look in the mirror. From the outer part of your nostrils, see the vertical line that goes up into the forehead. This is the point where your inner eye brow begins. Now look from the same part of the outer nostril, see the diagonal line to the outer corner of your eye. Follow that imaginary line; this is the point where the eyebrow should end. Don’t forget the arch of your eyebrow. It is located about two thirds of the way from your inner eyebrow. 

When plucking the unwanted hairs, use tweezers that have slanted tips. Experts agree that they are the best because they grip tight. Use the top line of your eyebrows as a guide for its natural arch. Only pluck the hairs from the bottom of your eyebrow lines, do not pluck the top of your eyebrow line. When plucking, pull tweezers towards the ears. This is the natural growth pattern. Take your time and follow the natural arch in your eyebrows, in no time the mirror will show your perfectly balanced eyes.
