Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion
The lotion that you use on your face can actually make a huge difference as to how your makeup will look. An oily lotion will make your face look oily, so you will have to keep applying powder all day. A thin lotion may not hydrate your skin enough, so your makeup will look powdery and dry. I have tried a hundred different lotions, but I have finally found a product that I am happy with.
Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion is a great product to apply before putting on your makeup, and it can also be used on your hands and other parts of the body. It has enough moisture in it to cure dry feet, yet it is still gentle enough to apply on your face. It does not leave my skin feeling oily, but instead it is silky and smooth.
The plant extracts in this lotion provide a protective barrier over the skin, making it possible for the skin to retain its natural moisture. I really liked this lotion because it does not interfere with my makeup, but still leaves my skin looking healthy and hydrated. I only have to apply it once a day, and my skin stays great all day long.
This product seems to be getting some good press and is worth checking out - Skin MD Natural in the UK. It uses a new advanced scientific proprietary formulation which, apparently, has a moisturizing factor 6 times greater than glycerin, the standard humectant (water absorber) against which all others are measured. It is a shielding lotion which bonds to the skin to keep the irritants out, moisture in and protects the skin in a way a normal moisturizer can’t. Well worth a look.
